Letter to Auto Union

The following is a letter to Auto Union Ed Zink wrote discussing the cars MK I, MK II and  MK III and the future of the Zink sports racing cars. I have these in my records with the car and clearly Ed references the cars as MK I and MKII. I had a discussion with Bob Houston  owner of the Zink Z8, he had indicated Ed stated all Zink cars were suppose to be dedicated with the “Z” designator but this document by Ed clearly disputes that. I believe the “Z” designator became attached to the MK III petite cars. I reference them as a MK III/Z4 just for clarification.
